We are seeking an **Epic Applications Support Analyst** with proven production support experience in U.S. healthcare environments. This role is designed for certified Epic professionals who understand the operational impact of EHR systems in hospital settings and can confidently support clinical and/or revenue cycle workflows in a high-performance environment.**Role Overview**As a Epic analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining application stability, resolving advanced production issues, and ensuring system performance across assigned modules. You will partner directly with U.S.-based clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality support aligned with enterprise SLAs.This position requires hands-on Epic expertise — certification is mandatory.**Core Responsibilities*** Provide advanced Tier 2/Tier 3 support within assigned Epic module(s)* Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex workflow and configuration issues* Support production incidents, enhancements, and post-upgrade validation* Collaborate with integration teams on interface-related troubleshooting* Execute structured root cause analysis and document findings clearly* Maintain compliance with U.S.
