Empresa confidencial is currently seeking a remote English and Spanish speaking INTAKE SPECIALIST to join the firm’s fast growing and successful personal injury practice. The candidate must be fluent in English. The candidate must possess strong written and verbal English Communication skills. The candidate must have the ability to work effectively as a team while also handling an individual caseload. Attention to detail is a must, accurate data entry is a must and follow up skills are crucial to our shared success.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Answering telephone calls;
· Performing new client intakes;
· Potential client screening;
·Gathering of claim information, evaluation of potential claims as to viability for success and remote client signup through DocuSign and email.
· Opening and setting up claim in our case management system FileVine,
· Entry of potential clients in our lead tracker, LeadDocket.
