Reconciliation and Resolution Analyst
We are looking for a Reconciliation and Resolution Analyst to support key P2P processes through vendor reconciliations, GR/IR analysis, and resolution of parked and aged invoices.



This role will work closely with procurement, accounting, operations, and vendors to ensure accurate financial reporting, SOX compliance, and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve parked and aged invoices
Perform vendor reconciliations and GR/IR balance analysis
Validate three-way match processes and resolve discrepancies
Prepare and analyze reports using SAP, Excel, and reporting tools
Support audits, SOX controls, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
Education: Professional or final-semester student in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: Experience in P2P processes, reconciliations, Accounts Payable, or Shared Services environments.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and SAP knowledge required. Knowledge of GR/IR reconciliations and invoice lifecycle management. Experience with Power BI, Qlik Sense, or similar tools is a plus.
