We’re looking for motivated, English-fluent professionals who are passionate about
customer care, and eager to grow with an international company.

? Position Details
Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote from Medellin and suroundings areas ONLY.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Compensation: Starting at 3.2M COP, increasing to 3.5M after 6 months
Benefits: Gym subscription from day one, Private Health Care Plan after 6 months and performance-based bonuses.
Contract Type: Independent contractor
Employment Type: Full-time

? What You’ll Need
· Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)
· Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset
· Reliable,



professional, and team-oriented attitude
· Quiet home office setup with a minimum 200 Mbps internet connection
· Personal laptop (minimum i5 processor / 16GB RAM or equivalent)
· Must be based only in Medellin, Cartagena, or Bogota.
