Role Overview
This is more than a sales job; it is the starting point of a leadership career at Nassau National Cable.

As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be fully immersed in our inbound and outbound sales processes from day one, building the product knowledge, client instincts, and closing skills that form the foundation of everything we do.
Your growth into a Sales Management role will be earned, not given.

Promotion is determined by two things: your sales results and how quickly you master our processes.

Once you've demonstrated consistent performance, representatives who show genuine leadership potential will be invited to present a team management plan; that conversation is what opens the door to the next level.




If you are someone who learns fast, sells with urgency, and has your eyes set on leading a team, this role was built for you.

Location: Hybrid – Medellín, Colombia
Contract type: Prestación de servicios (Long-term)
Salary: Up to $1500 USD/month (Based on experience; TBD)
Language: English C1 or higher required
Experience: B2B and closing sales experience preferred (not required)
Schedule: 8am to 6pm EST| Mon to Fri | U.S.

Holidays Off
Commission plan + bonuses available after the trial period (6 months)

Key Responsibilities
Sell: Manage a high volume of daily sales activities across the full sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
Manage Accounts: Build and maintain relationships with commercial and industrial clients in the U.S. market.
Grow Revenue: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Learn the Business: Develop deep product knowle
