Technical Support and Troubleshooting • Assisting with hardware and software installation, configuration or maintenance. • Troubleshooting network,



system or application issues for internal or external clients. • Learning to use troubleshooting tools and ticketing systems to manage support requests. IT Infrastructure Support • Helping with server and network maintenance, including monitoring performance and security. • Assisting with workstation setup, user account management and configuration. • Learning about cloud-based services, virtualization and storage solutions.

Client Engagement and Support • Helping with client inquiries, by phone, email or in person. • Assisting with software demos, onboarding or training. • Developing understanding of typical client needs, working with senior associates to deliver solutions.

Cross-functional Collaboration • Working with allied teams to understand points of engagement and working methodologies. • Learning to coordinate tasks within larger team settings and assisting with problem solving efforts.
