Role Summary and Impact

As part of the Integral Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for an Analytics manager who will:

- Develop and execute the analytics strategy aligned with overall business goals, identifying high‑impact analytical opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analytics professionals (Associates and Senior Associates).
- Oversee multiple concurrent analytical projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives and resource allocation.
- Act as a primary point of contact for senior business stakeholders, understanding their challenges, translating them into analytical problems and presenting solutions.
- Drive the adoption of advanced analytical techniques and cutting‑edge tools to enhance team capabilities and efficiency.
- Establish and monitor key metrics for team productivity and project success.

Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates who have:

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in analytics.

Technical Skills

- Expert in leading BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for client reporting.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Big Query, Redshift) and data lakes,



and data transformation/processing tools such as Alteryx, Azure, GCP, Power Apps, Power Automate.
- Excellent soft skills: leadership, strategic thinking, problem‑solving, cross‑functional collaboration, and proven ability to influence and drive change through data.
- Reporting Structure: Reports to a Director or Senior Director of Analytics.
