We are currently looking for junior–mid level bilingual professionals with strong communication skills to join the operations team.
What will you do in this role?
- Contact U.S.-based customers via phone and written communication regarding overdue accounts
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement plans in a professional and effective manner
- Follow up on payment commitments until resolution
- Accurately document all interactions and account updates in the system
- Work in compliance with applicable U.S. federal and state regulations
- Manage daily operational metrics and performance goals related to collections and account recovery
What are we looking for?
- B2+ conversational English (required)
- Experience in collections, accounts receivable, customer service, call center, billing, or similar roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections and difficult conversations professionally
- Results-oriented mindset with comfort working under KPIs and call-based environments
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
- Experience with FDCPA regulations or collections software such as S-Collect is a plus, but not required.
