Bush & Bush Law Group is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to fighting for the rights of our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Legal Intake Specialist [English/Spanish - Bilingual] to be the first point of contact for potential clients. This role plays a critical part in providing excellent customer service and ensuring that potential cases are effectively evaluated and processed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inbound Call Management:
- Professionally handle incoming calls from clients involved in auto accidents
- Gather essential information regarding the accident and potential legal representation needs
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding while maintaining a high level of professionalism

- Client Interaction:

- Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal processes and procedures
- Provide information about the firm's services and answer client queries
- Collect and document relevant details to assist attorneys in evaluating cases

- Multi-Tasking:

- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Efficiently navigate and update electronic systems while engaging with clients on the phone
- Prioritize and address urgent client needs promptly

- Document Management:

- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal standards
- Organize and update client information, ensuring accessibility for legal professionals




- Utilize Excel sheets and other tools to manage and track client data

- Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative assistance to legal professionals as needed
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth case progression
- Assist in the preparation and organization of legal documents

Qualifications:

- Language: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a legal environment or customer service/intake role is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with case management software is a plus.
- Empathy and Understanding: A genuine desire to assist clients in their times of need and a compassionate demeanor.

Compensation:

Compensation will range from $4 to $6 per hour, in addition to commissions.

Schedule:

7:00AM to 4:00PM OR 10:30AM to 7:30PM Central Time.
