Are you a charismatic leader with a passion for live gaming and team performance? Were looking for a Game Presenter Team Manager to head up our growing Live Casino studio in Bogotá, Colombia a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility backed by major investment and poised to shape the future of iGaming in Latin America.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of live Game Presenters, ensuring a high standard of performance and engagement
- Oversee show quality, pacing, and presenter delivery to maximize viewer interaction
- Collaborate closely with production, content, and operations to coordinate game flow and schedule
- Monitor presenter KPIs, provide feedback, and implement training programs that accelerate growth
- Drive recruitment, staffing, and shift planning for a large live studio operation
- Work with senior management to scale our Bogotá studio and support new game launches

Who You Are
- Experienced in live hosting, broadcasting,



or game presentation preferably in an iGaming or entertainment context
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire talent
- Strong communicator, organized, and able to balance creative vision with operational needs
- Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus
- Comfortable leading teams in a fast-paced, high-production environment
- Passionate about player experience and delivering exciting live content
