Aprendiz Recursos Humanos – SoftwareOne Academy

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in various administrative and human resources functions.

You will work closely with professionals in the field to:
- Review documents and draft contracts for new talents.
- Schedule and support induction processes.
- Use organizational tools for hiring and case resolution.
- Contact advisors from social security entities to manage affiliations and transfers.
- Maintain internal records, track attendance in onboarding, manage anniversary cards, and plan learning pathways.
- Update documented processes, audit digital records, and create manuals.
- Propose improvements in Human Resources processes.

Job Requirements

Profile:

Student of a professional program in Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, or related fields, who is eligible to begin the internship stage and has authorization from the academic institution.





The candidate must be eligible to sign an apprenticeship contract and start the internship in September 2025.
