Following our growth and expansion strategy, we are looking to strengthen our IT & Development team by incorporating a Business Central Developer & Consultant to provide support to our entire Americas team from our Colombia subsidiary.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the development and analysis of functionalities and processes, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions for internal clients across different departments.
- Stay up to date with Business Central, Navision, and similar ERP systems, contributing to their adoption and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Provide technical support and resolve incidents with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.




- Perform analysis and diagnostics to identify improvements in internal processes and systems.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards and best practices.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in technical/functional consulting or software development, preferably with exposure to Navision, Business Central, or similar ERP systems.
- Good technical knowledge of Business Central, Navision, or equivalent ERP solutions, including basic development and customization capabilities.
- Training and experience relevant to internal analysis and development teams will be valued.
- Ability to manage tasks with a certain level of autonomy and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High level of English (spoken and written).
