At Gallagher, we’re looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join our Global Internal Communications team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping how we communicate with our employees worldwide, ensuring our messaging reflects our values, drives engagement, and supports our strategic priorities.

How you'll make an impact

- Create compelling content: Write and edit high-quality internal communications for newsletters, intranet updates, executive messages, and presentations.
- Lead impactful campaigns: Plan and execute internal communication campaigns that engage employees and align with business goals.
- Collaborate globally: Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to tailor messaging for diverse audiences across divisions and functions.
- Support innovation: Develop content for AI-related initiatives, including updates, training materials, and success stories, while managing SharePoint resources.
- Drive engagement:



Oversee the creation and distribution of weekly marketing updates to keep employees informed and inspired.
- Measure success: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, providing insights to continuously improve our communication strategies.

About you

- Has 5-7 years of experience in communications, writing, or a related field.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in communications, writing, or a similar discipline.
- Is a skilled communicator with intermediate to advanced English proficiency and a knack for crafting clear, engaging messages.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, general setting.
- Brings creativity and a solutions-focused mindset to every project.
