Senior Software Engineer

Full-Stack / Cloud / Mobile Focus

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who thrives in building scalable systems and modern applications across web and mobile platforms. This is a hands‑on role with significant ownership over architecture, system design, and long‑term scalability. You’ll collaborate closely with product and operations leaders to bring ideas from concept to production across multiple lines of business.

Responsibilities

- Lead design and development of new features and products across web and mobile applications
- Own architectural decisions and contribute to long‑term platform strategy
- Ensure reliability, security, and performance of cloud‑deployed systems
- Collaborate with leadership to align engineering direction with product goalsMentor developers and help establish strong engineering standards
- Maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines and observability tools




- Work with technologies including React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MySQL, AWS, and Cloudflare

Qualifications

- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven ability to design and deliver production systems end‑to‑end
- Strong background in modern JavaScript frameworks and backend development
- Experience building or leading Android and iOS apps (React Native or native)
- Comfortable with cloud infrastructure and deployment automation
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and leadership skills

Preferred

- Experience with fintech, SaaS, or CRM platforms
- Familiarity with microservices, event‑driven architecture, or GraphQL
- Track record of mentoring engineers and improving engineering culture.
