In this role, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Studio—supporting administrative processes, coordinating team activities, and maintaining consistency across tools, documentation, and internal workflows.

What You’ll Do
- Support administrative processes related to time tracking and project management tools
- Maintain and update operational and administrative documentation for the Studio
- Coordinate internal team meetings, including scheduling and logistics
- Assist with onboarding, re-onboarding, and internal training coordination
- Ensure timely completion of time reporting and mandatory trainingsSupport adherence to internal processes, tools, and team guidelines
- Build strong relationships across the Studio, fostering trust, respect, and collaboration
- Support day-to-day operations and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and commitments

What We’re Looking For
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively
