In this role, you will contribute to expanding the company’s presence by supporting sales initiatives, conducting market research, and connecting with potential clients and partners. You will work closely with international teams in a dynamic and fast-paced consulting environment, gaining exposure to strategic business operations and high-impact projects.

Your Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Support
- Identify and approach potential clients and business opportunities
- Support prospecting activities and lead generation initiatives
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
- Participate in client meetings and commercial follow-ups

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and stakeholders
- Support account management activities to ensure client satisfaction




- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with business solutions

Operational & Strategic Support
- Assist in preparing commercial presentations and proposalsTrack business development activities and performance indicators
- Contribute to the execution of growth strategies in the Colombian market

Profile Required
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, recruitment, customer success, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales, business strategy, and client management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Medellín (2–3 days on-site per week)
