In Bogotá – Colombia we are seeking a Lead Designer who will be pivotal in driving the creative direction of our brand across multiple platforms. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary creative team to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand’s vision and strategic goals.



The Lead Designer will provide mentorship, manage design projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand representation.

Responsabilidades
- Lead and inspire the design team to develop outstanding visual concepts for brand campaigns, product launches, and diverse digital and print media channels.
- Ensure consistent visual identity across all creative outputs, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining design excellence.
- Supervise design projects from initial concept to final execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Facilitate design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance and creative output.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to ensure the team’s creative outputs remain innovative and competitive.
