Business Development Account Executive

Location: Colombia
Type: Remote
Schedule: Full-Time
Contract Type: Contract
Pay Rate: USD $2,000 - $3,000/month (based on experience)

Description:
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the film industry.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, fostering growth and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership to create persuasive proposals and contracts, ensuring timely submissions.
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends in Latam and the USA.
- Prepare impactful client presentations to increase demand and expand account penetration.
- Accurately document client interactions and sales activities in Zoho CRM.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance market presence.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues while maintaining strong relationships.




- Proactively identify and act on win-back and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team on complex deals, ensuring a strategic approach to closing.
- Travel up to 75% of the time as necessary to foster and maintain client relationships.

Requirements:
- Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in the film, technology, or software sectors.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse client profiles.
- Self-motivated and highly proactive with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms (preferably Zoho CRM) for account management.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and basic tech tools.
- Ability to work independently in a quota-driven environment.
- Knowledge of Latam and U.S. market dynamics is a strong plus.
- A valid U.S. Visa is required for travel purposes.
