JOB TITLE: Jr. Operations Specialist
LOCATION: Hybrid - Medellin
TYPE: Hybrid (3 days on-site / 2 days remote)

DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of operational tasks within our Corporate Groups division. You will be responsible for executing established processes, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities, and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Group Eligibility tasks, including additions, cancellations, and modifications.
- Set up new groups in internal systems accurately and efficiently.




- Generate Welcome Kits for new groups.
- Manage and process group renewals.
- Reconcile accounts collaboratively with the Finance team.
- Conduct information analysis to support operational management initiatives.
- Oversee group billing processes.
- Manage refunds and coordinate with related departments.
- Create operational reports and address service-related concerns effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Advanced level).
- Rapid adaptability to changes and new processes.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under pressure.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
