What You'll Do:
- Customer Support:

- Issue Resolution:

- Utilize HubSpot CRM, ticketing, and support tools to manage and track customer support activities.

- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and technical support, to improve the customer experience.
- Provide feedback from customers to relevant departments for product and service improvements.
What You'll Bring
- Experience:



2+ years of customer service or support experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- HubSpot Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and support tools is required.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively.
