We are seeking a professional and empathetic Employee Relations Specialist to join our team in Medellín, Colombia. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns,



and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Offer counseling and support to managers regarding labour law consultation.
- Manage and draft disciplinary procedures and documents.
- Oversee employee relations programs and initiatives that foster a positive and productive workplace environment.
