Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish at a professional level
- Process mail and calendar deadlines efficiently
- Collaborate with attorneys and team members to identify tasks and delegate as needed
- 42B, I-589, I-765, DACA, U-Visas, I-130 & AOS, I-601A, FOIA, PIP, VAWA, K-1, K-3, consular process, bond packets, etc. _(Training provided if experience is limited in specific areas)_
- Draft template motions (e.g., motion to continue, motion to terminate proceedings, motion to change venue, motion to withdraw)
- Ensure client files are complete, accurate, and up to date

Qualifications & Skills
- Fluent in English & Spanish (written and verbal):




- 3+ years of experience in immigration and/or criminal law:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Proficiency in legal software, case management tools, and Microsoft Office
