Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain government relations and procurement channels.
- Conduct market research and client development for complex formulation products.
- Understand the local landscape of oncology, immunology, and diabetes pharmaceutical companies.
- Utilize extensive government PR experience and knowledge of internal personnel and regulations.
- Maintain good personal relationships with EPS company procurement and be familiar with bidding rules.
- Demonstrate high levels of enthusiasm and proactivity, with frequent reporting and communication to provide timely market feedback.

Qualifications:




- Over 10 years of experience in the Colombian biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record in sales for leading pharmaceutical companies.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Extensive experience in government relations and procurement networks.
- Familiarity with local government personnel and internal rules.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for relationship building.
- Ability to work with high levels of enthusiasm and proactivity.
