Overview
In Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a person for the position of Account Director with more than 8 years of experience in the role with advertising and marketing agencies. Their mission will focus on leading and coordinating the development of 360° advertising campaigns for major clients, ensuring the growth and success of the accounts under their management.
Responsibilities




- Coordinate all activities related to the development and execution of comprehensive advertising campaigns.
- Maintain direct and constant communication with clients, presenting effective strategies and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Negotiate and manage agreements with clients and suppliers, focusing on the continuous growth of the accounts.
- Support end-to-end strategic planning for the brands and account administrative processes.
- Manage the team, support areas, and partner agencies according to the account's needs.
- Align strategies, teams, and processes to ensure the achievement of KPIs for each campaign and the account overall.
- Ensure excellence in customer service and the quality of deliverables. Lead, facilitate, and drive the growth of the assigned account and business.
