We are currently looking for a highly analytical, strategic, and business‑oriented professional to join us as a Senior Business Intelligence & Market Research Specialist in Bogotá, Colombia. This role will play a key part in strengthening our data‑driven culture and enabling impactful business decisions across the organization.
Role Purpose




Owns end‑to‑end business intelligence and market research capabilities to enable fact‑based decision making across the business. This role leads the design of insight frameworks, transforms complex data into clear and actionable narratives, and partners with cross‑functional stakeholders (Commercial, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR) to identify growth opportunities, improve performance, and strengthen planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead advanced analyses across sell‑in/sell‑out, profitability, channel performance, supply chain, and market/competitive dynamics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities; translate findings into clear business recommendations.
- Own the BI reporting ecosystem (dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting), ensuring KPI definitions, data quality, governance, and documentation; continuously enhance automation and usability.
