Outbound Sales Representative (SDR):
Location: Onsite - Bogotá, Colombia
Type: Full-time

About the Role:
In this role, you’ll generate new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and build long-term customer relationships.This is a high-impact position, perfect for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy the hustle, and are eager to close deals and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Sales Execution
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand prospect needs and present tailored solutions.
- Own your pipeline and consistently exceed individual sales quotas.
Sales Process & CRM Management
- Accurately log activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions in our CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Analyze key sales metrics and refine outreach strategies to improve conversions.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships that generate recurring business and referrals.
Growth & Leadership Opportunities
- Demonstrate initiative and leadership—top performers have the opportunity to grow into sales management roles.

Who You Are:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving revenue.
- Strong command of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English C1 required).
- Self-starter with a competitive spirit and eagerness to improve.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field).
- Experience selling into the U.S. market is a strong plus.
