Bilingual Customer Service Agent - U.S. Banking Account:
Bogotá (Conecta Business Center) | On-site | Full-time | Permanent contract
English Level: B2 required
What You'll Do:
Support U.S. customers with banking inquiries: accounts, credit cards, transactions, fees, and suspicious activity. You'll communicate clearly in English and ensure secure, high-quality service.
Requirements:
High school diploma (Grade 11 completed)
Strong B2 English - confident using financial terms
No experience needed - we provide full training
Availability for rotating shifts (42 hrs/week, 5x2)
100% on-site at Conecta (Calle 26 & Av. Cali)
Compensation:
Base salary: $2,315,000 COP
Bonuses:
Up to 37% (regular lines)
Up to 47% (premium clients)
Training: 4-5 weeks + 1.5 weeks nesting (on-site)
Extras: Night transport (9:00 p.m. - 5:00 a.m.), full legal benefits
