- About the job:_This internship offers the opportunity to be part of the GBS People Services team,
where the intern will play an active role in supporting and improving HR-related processes across the region. The role is designed for someone eager to learn about integral people operations, project management, and data analysis, while contributing with fresh ideas and solutions. From process optimization and KPI tracking to supporting projects and enhancing team initiatives, the intern will gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
- Main responsibilities:_Process Continuous Improvement: Work closely with the GBS People Services team to identify key opportunities on the different processes (EELC, T2P and benefits) and propose improvements.- Project management: Support any initiative or project. Those could be automation, vendor change, new HR policy, new Finance process, data quality campaign, new global reporting, etc.- KPI's Management: Support the regional leads updating internal data KPI's dashboards and prepare related reports.- Team Support: Sup
