Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Growth Manager with a strong background in payments and a proven track record of consultative sales. The idóneo candidate will have extensive experience in selling payment products to enterprises, demonstrating an ability to influence senior decision-makers and drive strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in Colombia.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
- Leverage existing networks and connections in Colombia to accelerate market penetration and identify new business opportunities.
- Understand clients' business needs and objectives, and position our cross-border payment and fintech solutions effectively.
- Communicate our value proposition clearly through proposals, presentations, and solution-based discussions.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and close contracts to maximize profitability and long-term value.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet customer requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Compliance, Operations, and Customer Service) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, market trends, and competitive landscape specific to Colombia.
