What we are looking for: We are looking for a Director of Product – Payouts to lead the strategy, development, and execution of Cobre’s payouts products. This role combines strong product leadership with deep technical and operational understanding of payments, working closely with customers,



internal teams, and external providers to deliver reliable, scalable, and customer‑centric solutions.
You will own the payouts product end‑to‑end, from vision and roadmap to execution and performance, ensuring alignment between business needs, technical feasibility, and operational excellence.
What would you be doing:
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Cobre’s payouts products.
- Lead the design and development of payout solutions, working closely with Engineering, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams.
- Act as the bridge between technical and operational teams, ensuring products are scalable, secure, and efficient.
- Work closely with customers to deeply understand their payout needs, pain points, and workflows, translating insights into product improvements.
