Customer Service Representative – White-Glove Concierge

Job Overview

We are seeking polished, proactive, and highly professional Customer Service Representatives to deliver a white-glove, concierge-level experience to a high-end U.S.-based membership clientele.

This is not a traditional customer service role. It requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate client needs while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment.

You will play a critical role in delivering a premium customer experience that reflects the highest standards of service and professionalism.

About the Role

You will be part of a high-performing general team supporting a luxury brand with multiple locations. The role involves managing customer interactions across multiple channels while ensuring accuracy, speed, and a consistently elevated service experience.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in hospitality,



concierge services, reservations, or high-touch customer support environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide fast, articulate, and emotionally intelligent service via phone, text, and email
- Assist clients with time-sensitive reservations and scheduling
- Handle high volumes of requests while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively provide solutions
- Maintain clear and professional communication across all interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones
- Uphold high standards of service, consistency, and brand representation

Working Schedule
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Operating hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Sunday & Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Final schedule will be assigned based on business needs
