Job Overview

Empresa confidencial is looking for an experienced SOC Specialist to support our compliance, documentation, and business resilience efforts. In this role, you will provide ongoing support for control monitoring and ensure strong preparedness, with a specific focus on our 2025 Audits and Pen Tests.

Please note: you must have at least 4+ years of experience in security operations engineering to be considered for this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Compliance & Audit Support

Manage SOC 1/SOC 2 evidence collection and comprehensive compliance tracking.
Provide ongoing support, documentation, and control monitoring for SOC 1 and SOC 2 control evidence preparation (within established SLAs).

Security Testing & Awareness

Serve as the primary point of contact for pen test coordination.
Provide ongoing operational support for Cybersecurity phishing campaigns.

Business Resilience & Documentation

Oversee BCM documentation to ensure organizational readiness.
Maintain all SOC documentation required for business resilience.

Experience

BS in Computer Science,



Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience as a SOC specialist, specifically focused on SOC 1/SOC 2 compliance, evidence collection, and control monitoring with 4+ years of experience.
Hands-on experience coordinating penetration tests and supporting enterprise cybersecurity phishing campaigns.
Strong background in creating and maintaining BCM documentation.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Have solid written and verbal English skills.
Ability to maintain a positive work attitude, along with the initiative and drive to do great things.
