What You’ll Do
As a Lead Product Designer on the Customer Experience team, you'll independently own design direction across small-to-medium client engagements — from discovery through delivery — for complex products in industries like financial services, energy, and enterprise technology. You'll navigate existing product ecosystems, work within (and improve) design systems at varying levels of maturity, and bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces where the brief, the system, or the client's vision isn't yet defined.
You'll partner directly with US and Canadian client stakeholders as a senior design voice, communicating design decisions in business terms and facilitating the workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery activities that shape product direction.
