Job Title: Marketing & Advertising Manager (Hands on)
Location: Remote (Latam)
Working Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Compensation: $2,800 - $4,500 USD per month (Depending on experience and location)

Position Summary
The Marketing & Advertising Manager will lead the development and execution of all marketing, branding, and digital initiatives for Fluid Cooling Systems and Velocity Pump & Controls. This role is responsible for driving lead generation, strengthening brand presence,
supporting sales growth, and managing digital platforms—including website updates and eCommerce development.
This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and day-to-day execution, particularly in industrial and B2B markets.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with company growth goals
Identify target markets (industrial, HVAC, OEM, distribution) and tailor messaging accordingly
Support sales initiatives with campaigns that drive qualified leads and specifications
Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs
Digital Marketing & Website Management
Manage and continuously update company websites for both FCS and VPC
Improve SEO performance and search rankings for key products and services
Optimize user experience, content, and conversion paths
Coordinate with internal teams to keep technical content accurat
