Product Manager (Oncology - Bogotá)
What you will do
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work closely with Brand Teams in order to design and align brand strategy.
- Drives motivation of sales force towards brand aspiration.
- Develops and implements Country Brand Plan in full congruence with Integral and Regional Brand Plan.
- Designs and executes promotional activities (detail aids, message scripts, advertising, congresses, etc.) in line with international branding and key messages and align with local needs.
- Develops LRS with Business Planner.
- Proposes national sales target and achieves agreement with Business Unit Leader and Sales/District Managers.
- Translates/implements international brand campaign locally.
- Analyses market research and develop POA.
