Job Title: Client Account Manager (Part‑Time)

Employment Type: Part‑Time (100-120 hrs/month) | Remote

Salary Range: USD $700-$900 per month

What You'll Do:

Lead 5-7 client accounts (mostly DTC e‑commerce ) from kick‑off through quarterly strategy reviews
Be the client's trusted partner: anticipate needs, solve problems, and deliver insights they didn't even know they needed
Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and tech strategists to ensure flawless execution
Audit Klaviyo campaigns, QA every asset, and turn data into clear, actionable recommendations
Track performance and prepare concise reports that highlight opportunities,

Requirements

Who You Are:

1+ year managing client relationships or projects (agency/e‑com background preferred
Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication
A self‑starter who takes initiative and owns their work end-to-end
Tech‑savvy with Klaviyo, Slack, Notion/Trello, and Google Workspace—or a fast learner
Available to work core CET hours (10 am-2 pm or 3 pm-7 pm CET), with occasional flexibility for US call

Nice‑to‑Haves

Experience writing copy or creative briefs for email marketing
Comfort interpreting data and sharing insights with both technical and non‑technical teammates
Proven track record working remotely and staying proactive without micromanagement
