About the Role
We are seeking a Financial Analyst/Associate to join our new Bogotá office. This role will support the VP of Finance across a wide range of responsibilities, including financial modeling, analytics, board-level reporting, and day-to-day office operations.
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional to gain hands-on experience in both finance and operations within a global firm backed by a leading U.S. asset manager. The role offers direct exposure to executive-level decision-making, cross-border collaboration, and strategic growth projects.

Key Responsibilities Finance & Analytics

Support FP&A; activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.




Build and maintain business plans for each business segment and financial models to evaluate performance and support strategic decisions.
Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for the VP of Finance, CFO and global leadership.
Conduct research and provide analytical support for investment, advisory, and real estate initiatives.
Perform due diligence for M&A; opportunities, and execute integration of acquisitions
Participate in launching new business segments.

Operations & Office Support

Assist in establishing and running the Bogotá office.
Collaborate with U.S. and international teams to ensure alignment across functions.
Contribute to building a positive, high-performance culture within the Bogotá office.
Take on ad hoc projects and responsibilities as needed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

1–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, corporate finance, or finance department of
