MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT – LATAM (Empresa confidencial ANALYTICS)

About the Role:

Empresa confidencial Analytics is seeking a Management Consultant (MC) to join our team in
LATAM. In this role, you will lead strategic business consulting projects
focused on Data Analytics Strategy, delivering actionable insights that help
clients optimize operations, achieve their business goals, and drive growth
across the region. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and
senior leaders, translating complex business challenges into data-driven
strategies that foster operational excellence and performance improvement.

The MC role serves as the primary contact point with stakeholders and other key
requirements sources during the business requirements definition process and
throughout the development process. The MC will also work with Data Analytics
and Product teams responsible for translating the business requirements into
specific data, functional, and architecture specifications for implementation.
Additionally,



the MC will partner closely in defining and driving User
Acceptance Testing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage business consulting initiatives with a focus on delivering
tangible business outcomes with actionable insights and strategic
recommendations.
- Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and develop strategic
solutions that drive growth, operational efficiency, and business
transformation.
- Provide data-backed insights to inform key business decisions and help clients
optimize their operations.
- Translate data and insights into practical business solutions that align with
client objectives.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align consulting efforts with broader
business objectives.
- Present business recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical
stakeholders in Spanish and English.
- Collaborate with teams to address business challenges and develop tailored
strategies for growth
