Our company is looking for a Logistics Leader/Manager/Coordinator to drive our operational and administrative processes at the Distribution Center, ensuring compliance with our logistics guidelines in Colombia .

What will your goal be?

- To ensure the efficient, orderly and timely execution of logistics processes.

- Ensure the proper operation of the supply chain.

- Prepare monthly reports with management indicators .

Required profile

- Professional in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.

- Additional training in logistics operations is desirable.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics in companies in the Retail sector .

- Experience in managing distribution centers and inventory control.

Main responsibilities

- Define and ensure compliance with logistical guidelines.

- Prepare and submit monthly reports to Management with performance indicators.

- Monitor compliance with CEDI indicators.





- Lead operational audits and propose improvements.

- Coordinate and strengthen the performance of operational teams.

Essential knowledge

- Advanced Excel (technical test will be conducted).

- Logistics planning and operations optimization.

- Comprehensive supply chain management.

- Inventory and distribution center management.

- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

- Financial management applied to logistics.

- Data analysis and management indicators.

Conditions
