Job Details

Modality: Hybrid in Bogotá - Wework 100th Street with 19th Street
Type of contract: Indefinite term
Salary: $4,000,000 fixed + commissions (uncapped)

Role Mission

Develop new business for Claus.co through strategic alliances with accountants and entities, generating commercial opportunities through visits, events and networking.

️ Main Responsibilities

1) Business Development and Alliances

- Identify and build relationships with accountants, accounting firms, and outbound business communities.

- Establish agreements and collaboration arrangements.

- Represent Claus.co at trade fairs and business events.

2) Face-to-face visits and business relationship

- Conduct visits to accountants and strategic partners.

- Present Claus.co in an advisory capacity.

3) Business Closure

- Attend to and close leads from marketing and networking.

- Conduct product demonstrations and manage proposals.

4) Business Process Management





- Keep the CRM updated with the status of contacts and next actions.

5) Coordination with Marketing

- Align marketing messages with brand strategy and provide feedback on leads.

Idóneo Candidate Profile

Experience

- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales, especially in SaaS and technology consultative services.

Key Skills

- Business relationship development and consultative selling.

- Prospecting for new leads.

- Prospecting tool management.

- Intermediate knowledge of Excel.

- Database management and creation.

- Closing B2B deals and effective networking.

- Account maintenance.
