About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Semi-Senior Accountant to join our accounting team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is adecuado for an accounting professional with solid hands-on experience who is ready to take ownership of core accounting processes, support monthly closings, and contribute to cash flow management, budgeting, and financial analysis.

The Semi-Senior Accountant will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records, supporting compliance requirements, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, comfortable working independently, and able to handle ambiguity while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:




Support and execute daily accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, deposits, and payments.
Manage vendor invoices, payments, and AP aging reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist with customer invoicing and payment tracking (AR).
Perform weekly and monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
Support monthly payroll postings and prepare related supporting working papers.
Assist with monthly close activities, financial reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews.
Support cash flow monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projections.
Prepare and maintain accurate accounting documentation and supporting schedules.
Maintain and update accounting records in QuickBooks Online.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company procedures.
