About the Role
Our client is seeking a Senior Account Manager who is a proactive "builder" and problem solver. Reporting directly to leadership, you will manage a book of approximately 30 accounts, acting as the strategic bridge between law firm owners and internal execution teams.



This is a high-impact role for someone who can identify client needs before the client even voices them. You won't just follow a script; you will help formalize and mature the agency's account management processes to ensure world-class retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for a roster of legal clients, ensuring their business goals align with agency execution.
Identify potential campaign or relationship "pain points" preemptively and coordinate with SEO and Paid Media teams to resolve them.
Drive client retention and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to help clients scale.
Assist in formalizing account management workflows, utilizing tools like HubSpot, Monday.com, and Slack.
Lead internal alignment meetings with specialized managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
