Position Overview
Lean Solutions Group is seeking a resultsdriven Carrier Sales Representative Logistics Negotiator to join our growing logistics team. This role is responsible for building relationships with carriers, negotiating competitive freight rates, and ensuring efficient load coverage while maintaining profitability and service excellence.
This is a bilingual position, requiring strong communication skills in English to effectively negotiate and coordinate with U.S.based carriers and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Source and secure carrier capacity for freight loads.
Negotiate rates with carriers to maximize margins and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers.
Track and trace shipments to ensure ontime delivery.
Resolve operational issues in coordination with dispatch and operations teams.
Update internal systems with accurate shipment and carrier information.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance and sales targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.




Qualifications Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in sales required logistics or freight brokerage experience preferred.
English level B2C1 required strong negotiation and communication skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Goaloriented with strong closing skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced, resultsdriven environment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic knowledge of logistics or freight operations is a plus.
