We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to join our newly formed Central Go-To-Market team, reporting to the Managing Director of Corporates. You’ll be the engine room behind our go-to-market performance—owning the systems, data, and processes that enable our sales and account management teams to succeed globally. This is a builder role: we’re looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves, connect dots across functions, and lay the operational foundation for our next phase of growth.

Responsibilities

Build from the ground up – This is a zero-to-one role. Our systems and processes are in their early stages,



and you’ll be instrumental in designing and implementing the next evolution—from pipeline reporting to territory design to sales enablement infrastructure.
Own our GTM toolstack – Take full ownership of our commercial systems, including HubSpot CRM, Tableau, and Clay. You’ll define the roadmap for a best-in-class, AI-enabled tech stack that drives productivity, visibility, and growth across the entire customer journey.
Streamline how we go to market – Drive cross-functional alignment to simplify and scale go-to-market operations. You’ll work across the entire funnel to reduce friction, ensure data consistency, and build the infrastructure needed to support general growth.
Partner cross-functionally – Collaborate closely with Business Development, Sales, Account Management, and Finance to bring structure, insight, and operational rigor to planning, execution, and performance management.
