We're growing fast and looking for a confident Sales Agent to join our team and help us expand our client base.

What You'll Be Doing:
Prospecting and generating new leads through outbound and inbound channels
Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to close
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
Updating and managing the CRM pipeline accurately
Collaborating with the team to refine pitches and strategies

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in sales (B2B or B2C)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
Real Estate experience is an advantage
