The Role
This role sits within our Asset Management division, supporting the launch and deployment of a new climate-focused fund in Latin America, built in partnership with a globally respected private equity firm in emerging markets. The position will also collaborate closely with Empresa confidencial’ broader Asset Management team, with a focus on nature solutions.

We’re looking for a sharp, driven,



and impact-aligned Associate to support the fund’s end-to-end investment process from sourcing to structuring, execution to portfolio management. But more than technical skills, we’re looking for someone who’s energised by purpose, excited by ambiguity, and hungry to grow.
