We're Hiring: Mid-Term & Long-Term Rental Property Manager

What You'll Be Doing
Managing tenant relationships, communications, and lease agreements
Coordinating property maintenance, repairs, and inspections
Screening and on-boarding new tenants
Handling rent collection, arrears follow-up, and financial reporting
Ensuring properties are compliant with local rental regulations
Liaising with property owners and providing regular performance updates
Managing listings across platforms and minimising vacancy periods
What We're Looking For




Proven experience in property management (MTR/LTR preferred)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Familiarity with property management tools (Buildium, AppFolio, or similar)
Ability to handle multiple properties and prioritise effectively
Problem-solver with a tenant-first mindset
Experience with lease agreements and tenancy laws is a plus
