We are looking for a Retention agents
Responsible for preventing customers from canceling a service or leaving a company. The role is not just about convincing—it’s about understanding and solving.

What you’ll be doing:
- Persuasion skills ( Offering alternatives ( Discounts, plan changes, benefits)
- Keep every customer engaged with a direct and friendly touch.

The TOP Team is looking for someone who:
- C1 English level
- Problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, responsible, empathic, and a good listener.

Conditions:
- English C1
- WAHA (Work from home)
- Schedules training : Monday to Friday 08:00-17:30 Weekends off (trn 3 weeks-nest 2 weeks)
- Schedules OPS:



Monday to Friday 11:00-20:30 or 08:30-18:00 Depends on Availability.
- Salary: $COP $2.800.000 + Performance bonus over 15%.
