At PageGroup, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to Bogotá. This role requires a professional with experience in the life sciences industry to handle customer inquiries and ensure an exceptional service experience for an important company.
We are looking for professionals with degrees in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience in similar roles. As this position requires constant communication with Canada, a C1 level of spoken and written English is essential.
The selected candidate will be responsible for entering and validating customer orders received via phone and email for the various organizations supported by the Customer Service team. Additional duties include communicating relevant information to customers in a timely manner and managing orders according to requests from the operations team, among other responsibilities.
Intermediate Excel skills are required, and experience in BPO environments or pharmaceutical companies is considered a strong plus.
