What will your responsibilities be
Strategic Leadership Lead and mentor a highperformance recruitment team, ensuring the fulfillment of hiring targets for specialized B2B Sales and Marketing roles.
EndtoEnd Selection Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for senior commercial profiles, ensuring a toptier candidate experience and alignment with business needs.
Stakeholder Management Partner with business leaders to understand market trends and define effective sourcing strategies for niche commercial talent.
DataDriven Decisions Monitor and optimize recruitment KPIs, implementing innovative sourcing tools to improve efficiency and quality of hire.
Requirements
Location Based in Bogotá




Experience Minimum of 34 years of experience in recruitment coordination or senior roles, specifically focused on B2B Sales, Marketing, and Commercial profiles.
Technical knowledge Proven expertise in behavioral interviewing STAR methodology, headhunting, LinkedIn Recruiter.
Languages English B2 Must be able to hold business conversations and report to global stakeholders.
